Zimi Home Spa customers are verified through tools and software solutions – credit card, mobile phone, identity verification, email and anti-fraud verification. As with any hotel, spa, or massage storefront, Zimi Home Spa does not conduct background checks or perform Google searches on its customers.

What is required to register at ZimiHome Spa and start earning?
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Consent to an ID check. This helps keep our platform safe for all users.
- Have a checking account with a financial institution. This is how you’ll get paid through the platform.
- Have a smartphone. You’ll be managing your jobs through our ZimiHomeProvider app, which is compatible with iOS or Android.
How do I get clients and jobs?
After registering and having your account activated on our app, make sure to set up working radius and check the availability setup in your ZimiHome Calendar. This will determine your visibility in Client search results. If you don’t get job bookings, check your working radius and enlarge it if needed. We strongly suggest editing your profile and bio – good looking profiles attract more Clients.
How long does it take to have my account activated?
After applying, we’ll schedule a phone interview. Approved practitioners have their accounts up and running right after the interview.
How do I get paid?
During the signup process, the app will lead you to create a Business Stripe account. Stripe is a world leading financial institution for online payment processing. Your Business Stripe account will be connected directly to your Bank Account, where, after each job you complete, you get paid.
